How tall does a building have to be to be considered a skyscraper: A building is typically considered a skyscraper if it is at least 150 meters (492 feet) tall.

However, there is no universally accepted height threshold, and definitions can vary slightly. Here are some general guidelines:

1. Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH): The CTBUH defines a skyscraper as a building that is at least 150 meters tall.

2. Emporis Standards: Emporis, a global building data company, defines a skyscraper as a multi-story building that is at least 100 meters (328 feet) tall.

3. General Consensus: In general usage, buildings over 150 meters are commonly referred to as skyscrapers, though some people use the term for buildings as low as 100 meters.

Buildings taller than 300 meters (984 feet) are often categorized as "super-tall" skyscrapers, and those exceeding 600 meters (1,969 feet) are referred to as "mega-tall" skyscrapers.
